LISA LEWIS

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

You’ve read the books. Listened to podcasts. Maybe even tried therapy in the past.

But you still feel stuck and you wonder if anything will truly help.

Here’s the good news: lasting change is possible.

I offer compassionate, Christ-centered counseling for women facing relationship struggles, anxiety, grief, spiritual questions, or life transitions (i.e. motherhood or midlife).

Together we’ll build resilience, break old patterns, and deepen your faith and self-understanding—so you can feel more connected, calm, and confident.

You've tried it all...

THE TRANSFORMATION PROCESS

               renew your thinking

Learn to recognize and shift unhelpful thought patterns that keep you stuck. With practical tools, you’ll gain clearer perspective, reduce reactivity, and create a life that reflects your faith and values.

reconnect with your emotions

Instead of pushing feelings away, discover how to allow and work with them. This brings greater self-compassion, emotional balance, and the freedom to respond with clarity rather than react from pain.

reset your nervous system

Understand how your body responds to stress and practice simple ways to signal safety. These tools ease tension and restore a sense of peace to the body and spirit.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Bachelor's degree in Family Science from Brigham Young University and a Master’s degree from Arizona State University.

My work is deeply personal—

I grew up in a family impacted by addiction and divorce, and I’ve seen firsthand the power of therapy and God’s grace to transform pain into purpose.

My approach is warm, structured, and rooted in Christian values.
